Mr. Lacy joined Reed Smith in 1999. He is a member of the firm's Complex Litigation Group in the Richmond office. Pat's practice focuses on representation of school boards, other public bodies, health care providers, insurance companies and managed care entities, and commercial litigation. Pat was named as one of America's leading Education Law attorneys in The Best Lawyers in America (2008-2016 editions). Pat has served as the lobbyist and special counsel for the Virginia School Boards Association for many years.
