In today’s educational landscape, it has become increasingly necessary to provide students with effective, consistent education, even in the absence of regular district staff. These options come at significant financial cost, and more importantly, at the cost of student productivity and engagement. Taking a step toward improved student experience, Warren County Public Schools and Source4Teachers will highlight the best practices on how districts can increase their fill rate through analytics and recruitment.
